2 races in one! Because it had been a long time since my last run, I wanted to "punish" myself by running a 9k, followed by a 19k with a 30-minute break.

The first race this year! With big regret, I must confess i'm at a very low point regarding the training. So I have signed up as a pacer for a 2h15min , to make sure i can keep up. Nevertheless, the fun was there. I had a great co-pacer, I felt good the entire time!
